FLIR Mobile 1.6.0
Device: iOS Universal
Category: Business
Price: Free, Version: 1.4.1 -> 1.6.0 (iTunes)
Description:
Use a single application to control Nexus-enabled FLIR ® Thermal Imaging cameras and MS products, from your iPad and iPhone devices.
NOTE: This application does not make use of your iPhone, iPod or iPad cameras.
Supported FLIR camera models and recommended firmware versions:
F-Series, D-Series, PT-Series, A310pt (WW1.4 and above)
MD-Series (2013 versions and above)
HRC/JPC3 G Multisensor (CF 2.1 and above)
At least one properly configured Nexus-enabled sensor device by FLIR ® is needed for this app to work. It allows intuitive control with natural gestures, featuring:
• Automatic discovery and configuration (uPnP support required in network)
• Quick browsing through multiple FLIR camera connections with finger scroll gesture
• Active camera toggle with a single touch of a button, for multi-payload products
• Video recording and capture of still snapshots directly to your device's camera roll
If your FLIR device integrates Pan & Tilt control and/or Zoom capabilities (PTZ), you can both zoom and aim your device by pinching and dragging on the screen.
The app also allows pointing your FLIR Camera to a desired location by mimicking your orientation while holding your mobile device in the air, as if you were looking through it, using the gyroscope in the iPhone or iPad device*.
(* Function only available for iOS devices with gyroscope)
What's New
Radiometry and Analytics Views for cameras with corresponding functionality, featuring:
- Freehand creation, modification and removal of measurement and detection regions.
- Real time temperature measurement.
- Easy to use Analytics and Radiometry settings, both global and per region.
- Only on Analytics: car and human screen detection size setup, using both sliders and mockup overlay.
Major usability improvements and bug fixing in this version:
- Connection retry when scrolling back to a non-connected sensor.
- Discovery List now shows cameras that are already configured with a tick mark.
- New Setup View buttons: simplified default functionality, now sensitive to Pan and Tilt capabilities.
- Setup View buttons ask user for control request.
- Zoom slider handle and progress bar are now separate entities, so that the handle is driven by the user, while the progress bar is driven by the camera zoom speed.
