• Set up any number of bank accounts you have with Sparkasse or other financial institute
• Set up multiple accounts, e.g. checking account, loan account, saving account
• Payments: single, scheduled, reference, reverse and SEPA transfers
• Send money and receive it with "Kwitt" - up to €30 mostly even without TAN*
• Share expenses among involved people with Kwitt group feature*

REQUIREMENTS
• Access depends on whether your financial institution makes it available online via HBCI PIN/TAN or FinTS PIN/TAN protocol
• Supported TAN security methods: chipTAN manuell, chipTAN QR, chipTAN comfort (optical), pushTAN; iPod touch in addition: smsTAN
SAFETY
Sparkasse ensures maximum safety in accordance with the provisions of the German financial institutions for online banking:
• communication via direct and secure interfaces
• high encryption
• password-protected
• automatic lock (the app locks itself after five minutes of non-use)
NOTES
1) You do not need to have an account of a German Sparkasse to use the app. You can add any other accounts of different banks as well
2) For support requests please send your inquiry directly out of the app
3) Use can run up a bill within your financial institute. Please check whether this may be passed to you
4) Some features of the app are only available if your financial institution supports them.
* Kwitt is available, if offered by your Sparkasse. Regulatory requirements provide for a TAN entry. Intelligent security systems of your Sparkasse allow your Kwitt transfers to remain TAN-free as much as possible.

Open your Sparkasse checking account from the comfort of your own home. Starting today you can open your account right in the Sparkassen app via video authentication. This is available to all app users whose Sparkasse offers this new feature in the app.
